Terms of Service

Version of 28 July 2026 ยท Privacy statement ยท Data processing agreement

These terms come in two parts. Part A applies to everyone who uses OneDo.me, including the free calling page โ€” that part costs nothing and is open to private individuals and businesses alike. Part B applies in addition when you subscribe to the paid AI receptionist. If the two ever conflict, Part B wins for the paid service.

Who you are dealing with

OneDo.me is a service of Confianta EOOD, a company registered in Bulgaria, UIC 207288781, registered office Detelina 49A, 9101 Byala, Varna, Bulgaria, VAT number BG207288781, represented by its manager David Michiel Smissaert. You can reach us at support@confianta.com. In these terms "we", "us" and "OneDo" mean Confianta EOOD; "you" means the person or organisation using the service.

Part A โ€” Everyone

1. What OneDo.me is

OneDo.me gives you a web address of your own โ€” onedo.me/yourname โ€” that anyone can open in a browser to call you. No phone number, no app, no account for the person calling you. Calls between two people run directly between the two browsers.

OneDo.me is not a telephone line and cannot be used to reach emergency services. You cannot dial 112, 911 or any other emergency number through OneDo.me, and a OneDo page must never be relied on as the way to reach help. Always keep a working telephone available for emergencies.

2. Your page name

  • Claiming a name is free. Names are given out in the order they are asked for.
  • Some names are reserved: our own system words, and well-known brand names. If you hold the trademark to a reserved name, write to support@confianta.com and we will sort it out with you.
  • Free names are for use, not for resale. Claiming names in bulk, or offering them for sale, is not allowed.
  • Inactivity. If a free page shows no activity at all for six months, we may release the name so someone else can use it. We warn you first, by email where we have an address for you, and you get at least 30 days to react. Pages with a running paid subscription never lapse.
  • You can ask us to transfer your page to someone else. We will do that on the confirmation of both sides.

3. How you may use it

Use OneDo.me for real calls with real people. You may not use it to:

  • break the law, or help someone else break it;
  • harass, threaten or deceive anyone;
  • pretend to be a person or organisation you are not;
  • send unsolicited bulk messages or run automated call traffic;
  • place a burden on the service that is out of proportion to normal use.

You are responsible for what appears on your page and for what happens in your calls. If a page breaks these rules we may suspend or remove it, in urgent cases without warning; where we reasonably can, we tell you first and give you the chance to fix it.

4. Calls between people are private

A call between two people runs encrypted directly between the two browsers. We cannot listen in and we store nothing of it. On some corporate networks a direct connection is impossible and the encrypted audio is passed through our relay server; even then we cannot listen in and nothing is stored.

Conversations with a page's AI assistant work differently, because the whole point is that the page owner receives your message: those are transcribed and passed to the page owner as text. Our own copy is deleted after 30 days. The privacy statement explains this in full.

5. Availability

We aim to keep OneDo.me continuously available and we treat outages as urgent. Where maintenance is planned and likely to interrupt the service, we announce it in advance. We do not, however, guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we do not sell a service level agreement. Calls also depend on things outside our control โ€” your internet connection, your browser, your microphone and the network of the person you are calling.

6. The free service

The free page costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund and nothing to cancel: stop using it and it stops. We may change or discontinue free features. If we ever discontinue the free service as a whole, we will give at least 30 days' notice.

Part B โ€” The paid AI receptionist

7. What you are buying

A subscription puts an AI assistant on your page that answers when you do not, has a conversation with your caller in their language, and passes on what was said. Anyone may subscribe โ€” you do not need a company or a VAT number.

PlanPrice per monthIncluded assistant minutes
OneDo Liteโ‚ฌ49120
OneDo Growthโ‚ฌ99350

For business customers these prices are exclusive of VAT. For private customers the price shown is the total price including VAT. Person-to-person calls on your page stay free and unlimited on every plan.

8. Payment and renewal

Payment runs through Stripe. The subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time from the customer portal in your owner panel, or by writing to support@confianta.com.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. You keep the service until then, and the month that has already been charged is not refunded, in whole or in part. So cancel before the renewal date if you do not want another month.

If a payment fails we may suspend the assistant until it succeeds. Your page and your page name stay yours; only the assistant stops.

9. Extra minutes (top-ups)

  • Extra minutes are bought up front in bundles of โ‚ฌ10: 40 minutes on Lite, 45 on Growth. You can buy several bundles at once.
  • They are only used once the minutes included in your plan are gone.
  • Bought minutes never expire and stay with your page โ€” including after you cancel, so they still work if you subscribe again later.
  • Unused minutes are not paid out in money, on cancellation or at any other time. If your page itself lapses under clause 2, any remaining minutes go with it.
  • The check happens when a call starts, so a conversation that is already running always finishes.

10. If you are buying as a private individual

Consumers in the EU have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason. Because a subscription is delivered immediately, you are asked at checkout to confirm that you want the service to start straight away and that you therefore give up your right of withdrawal once it has been fully delivered. Ticking that box is how checkout opens. Would you rather keep the 14 days? Write to support@confianta.com and we will set your start date after that period instead.

To withdraw within that period, write to support@confianta.com; a plain, clear statement is enough. We refund within 14 days of receiving it, using the same payment method. Nothing in these terms takes away rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived.

11. The assistant speaks on your behalf โ€” your side of that

The assistant is a tool. It answers callers using the information you put on your page and in the instructions you give it, and it can quote prices, take messages and โ€” where you switch that on โ€” book appointments. It is built on language models, which means it can misunderstand something or state something incorrectly.

  • You remain responsible for what is said in your name. Read the transcripts, and correct your page or the assistant's instructions when something comes out wrong.
  • Whether an appointment, quote or promise made through the assistant binds you is between you and your caller. We are not a party to it.
  • Tell your callers they are speaking with an AI assistant, and that the conversation is written down and passed to you. By default we do this for you: the assistant opens with "I'm the digital assistant of โ€ฆ", and your page shows a notice saying the conversation is passed on as text. If you change the greeting or the instructions, keeping that clear is your responsibility. In some countries it is legally required.
  • You are the data controller for what your callers tell your assistant. The data processing agreement sets out how we handle that data for you; accepting these terms means accepting it.

12. Fair use and limits

To keep the service healthy and costs predictable, some technical limits apply: a conversation ends after 60 seconds of silence, a single session ends after 15 minutes, and there is a daily ceiling per page. A paying page is never cut off by the daily ceiling โ€” we send you a message when you approach it. We may adjust these limits if they turn out to be too tight or are being abused, and we will tell you when we do.

13. Liability

We do our best to keep OneDo.me running well, but the service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows:

  • our total liability towards you is limited to what you have paid us in the twelve months before the event that caused the damage;
  • we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss โ€” lost revenue, lost customers, missed calls, missed or wrongly booked appointments, damage to reputation, or loss of data on your side;
  • we are not liable for failures of your internet connection, your browser, your device, or of third-party services the assistant depends on.

None of this limits our liability for intent or gross negligence, for death or personal injury, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights come first.

14. Your content and your data

What you put on your page stays yours. You give us permission to show it as part of the service, and you confirm you have the right to use the text, images and logos you upload. If you delete your page, we remove it; see the privacy statement for how long anything remains.

15. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms โ€” for new features, or because the law changes. For paying customers we announce a change that matters at least 30 days in advance by email or in the owner panel. If you do not agree, you can cancel before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the new version.

16. Law and disputes

Bulgarian law applies, and disputes go to the competent court at our registered office. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of the country you live in, and you may also bring a case before the court of that country. Consumers in the EU can also use the European ODR platform.

Before any of that: write to support@confianta.com. Almost everything is quicker to fix that way.
