You pay for them up front, so a busy month can never turn into a bill you didn't expect, and minutes you buy never expire. Person-to-person calls on your page are free and unlimited — they run encrypted directly between browsers, are never recorded, and we cannot listen in. Conversations with the assistant are written down for you, and our copy of those is deleted after 30 days (privacy). Business prices are exclusive of VAT; buying as a private individual, the price you see is the price you pay.
