OneDo.me Β· Outbound calling
Outbound calling, by application only
For businesses that already have permission to call their list
Everything else on OneDo.me waits for the phone to ring. This does the
opposite: your AI receptionist picks up the list and makes the calls itself β
in your name, in your customer's language, at a rate that makes calling a few hundred
people a normal thing to do rather than a project.
It is not a button you can switch on. You talk to us first. The form at
the bottom of this page is how that starts.
What it does
- Your agent calls out. The same voice, the same instructions and the
same knowledge of your business as the assistant that answers your incoming calls β
pointed the other way.
- Bring your own list. Export a CSV from your CRM, spreadsheet or
booking system and upload it: name, number, and any fields you want the agent to
know about that person before it dials.
- It reports back. Every call comes back as a transcript and a
result β reached, no answer, wants a call back, wants nothing β so the outcome
lands where the rest of your OneDo conversations already land.
- Real work, not a robocall. Appointment reminders, confirming a
delivery window, following up a quote, checking whether a repeat customer wants
their usual slot again, calling back the people who left their number.
- No means no, without you having to remember it. Anyone who says
they do not want to be called again goes on your do-not-call list during the call
itself, and every list you import from then on has them taken out of it before
the first number is dialled.
- A number that costs too much to ring is skipped, not dialled. Before
every call we look up what that particular line costs β not what the country costs, the
line: some Dutch ranges are ten times the price of the one next to them. Anything over
the ceiling is left alone and shows up in your export as "not called, too expensive",
with the price next to it. You are never billed for a number we decided against.
- One at a time, weekdays, 9:00 to 20:00. Not a dialler. Your list
is worked through at the pace of a person making the calls, in your customer's
daytime and not in their evening.
β¬0.30
per started minute, the Netherlands Β· no monthly fee on top of your OneDo plan Β·
you only pay for calls that are actually answered, and a minute begun is a minute billed,
which is how the telephone company charges us Β· other countries on request: we look the
rate up before we quote it, because a Bulgarian mobile minute costs nine times a Dutch one
Why there is a form in the way
Because the law changed, and because we are on the hook with you.
Since 1 July 2026 the Netherlands no longer has the "existing customer relationship"
exception for commercial calls: a business needs permission from the person before
it calls them with an offer, and the regulator holds everyone in the chain
responsible β including the party that supplied the technology.
So we do not sell this to whoever pays first. We want to hear what you want to call
people about and how those numbers reached you. If it is your own customers, your
own sign-ups, or people who asked to be called back, this is straightforward. If it
is a purchased list, the answer is no, and no price makes it a yes.
A service message β your appointment is tomorrow at ten, your order is ready β sits
differently from a commercial offer. Part of what we work out together is which one
your calls actually are.
Tell us what you have in mind
This goes straight to Michael, and a person reads it. Expect a reply by email, and then
a conversation before anything is switched on.
Thank you β it arrived.
Michael reads these himself, so the reply comes from a person and not from a system.
If your request is about calling your own customers, that reply usually comes with a
date to talk rather than more questions.
